Redoubt Privacy Policy

Effective 27 July 2026

Redoubt does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. It offers one optional in-app purchase, described below.

Data stored on your device

Game progress, settings, daily orders, relics, and operation history are stored locally on your device. Redoubt does not transmit this gameplay data to the developer or to a game server.

Notifications and device features

You may optionally enable a local daily-order reminder. The app asks for notification permission only after you switch this setting on. The reminder is scheduled by your device and can be disabled in the game or in iOS Settings. Optional motion controls and haptic feedback are processed on the device.

Deleting data

Use Reset Progress in Redoubt's settings to remove the local saves of your campaign, career and collection progress. Sound and control preferences are kept, and so is the record that you bought the optional unlock - resetting progress does not take away something you paid for. Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored game data, subject to the normal backup and device-management behaviour of your platform.

Platform services

Apple may process App Store downloads, payments, crash information, or diagnostics under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Redoubt does not receive that platform data.

The optional purchase

Redoubt is free to download. Campaign sectors 1-5, the Minefield and The Ash Labyrinth missions, and Today's Tasks are free permanently. One non-consumable purchase, “Unlock Full Game”, opens the remaining sectors and modes. There are no subscriptions, no consumables, no currency that can be bought with money, and nothing that can be purchased twice. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple and Redoubt never sees your payment details. Whether you own it is re-checked with the App Store on each launch rather than kept as a record of its own.
